Testimonials

Thanks a lot for the service provided by you. Really I am happy with your service. The driver Mr. Mahesh is great and he worked as a professional guide. He was very sincere, helpful, professional and wonderful. Cabs are fine. Thanks for the service.

i done my bookings from the UK for my son and daughter in India, Very good service and rates, we have used Gozo 2 times now, fully reliable, drivers were friendly and drove well, I will use again soon, Thank you Gozo team

Very Good service

1. Overall experience was very good. Driver was on time. 2. Behaviour of the driver was not that good though. He was sick so he did not let me switch on the A/C. 2. Music system was not there in the car. However, I was told that all the cars are equipped with music system.

I did two trips from Delhi to Agra and Agra to Delhi. Overall the experience was good. Both the Drivers drove at a good speed of 90 Km/Hr. Since I had a baby with me that was important. From Delhi to Agra the Driver was asking me for Toll. I told him that I am not supposed to pay toll. Then later on after few calls he agreed. This should not happen. Also there is a huge problem of Drives talking on Phone while driving. The Driver Spoke on phone at least for an Hour. No Matter how good the road is but the passengers don't feel comfortable. If these problems are removed, the passenger will feel comfortable and not hesitate to book Gozo Cabs again and again. You can charge 200 Rupees more but improve the service by improving these things.

Good Service

nice co-operation, a good trip

Initially the car provided was unmiantained and seems quire old Indigo. But after raising complaint, MOHIT from Gozocab, nice attended and arranged for good car with nice Driver. However it lost more than 1 hour . Also there need to be clarity on Airport charges. We have paid it, but there was no clarity at the time of booking. But overall GOOD experience. We would like to book again as and when required in Delhi and North.

Vehicle reached at airport on time. Driver found some what decent but his habit of chewing gutka. And spitting during drive irreteated me.

Great experience Driver was cooperative

Experience was very good, as requested a good car was provided. Driver was descent and well behaved. Thanks to mr shankar saini for a pleasant journey.

Wonderful experience. The driver had our name board and was easy identified. Quickly loaded out luggage and left Airport to our home. Made stop for cup of tea. Driver provided us with his identity with full confidence. Txted that info. to our friend for security purposes since the travel was at night. Friend called the driver to verify. It was pleasure to travel without any wait.
