We are always checking the market for better prices for a great service comparable to Gozo. If you get a quote for a comparable service at a better price than what we quoted you, we will match it and give you 100 in Gozo coins.

Terms and condition

  • Price Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you find a lower rate on a car rental booked on at another India-based travel website we will credit to you the difference in price towards your booking and match the price offered by the competing travel website. In addition, if you have a login to the Gozo website then we will give you Rs.100 in Gozo coins. To join Gozo, click here. This Price Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
  • Travel must be completed in accordance with the booked itinerary to be eligible to receive Gozo coins or credit.
  • Changed or cancelled bookings are not eligible to receive Gozo coins. Gozo coins will be added to your account within 3 to 4 weeks after your qualifying travel itinerary has been completed.
  • Booking must have a minimum spend of Rs. 2500 (excluding taxes and fees) in order to be eligible for a Price Guarantee claim.
  • Total Gozo coins issued are limited to the total amount spent on the booking (excluding taxes and fees). If the amount spent on the booking is less than the amount of Gozo coins you are eligible to receive, then the Gozo coins will be capped at an amount equal to the amount spent on the booking (excluding taxes and fees).
  • To collect the Gozo coins, you must have a valid Gozo customer account. If you chose not to enroll then you will qualify only for a price match we issue.
  • Must be "Apples to Apples" Comparison. The Price Guarantee is available only for exact itinerary matches. For example, the specific type and class of vehicle, cities included in the itinerary, included kms in the itinerary, exact terms of toll and state tax inclusion/exclusion, applicable refund policy, and the exact same dates and times of travel or service as booked through
  • Notifying Gozo of a Price Guarantee claim. You must provide a written official quotation of the reservation from the competing online provider. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives.
  • For a stand-alone booking (for example, car rental reservation only), the comparison must be to the same type of product/service purchased stand-alone through another website (i.e., not part of a hotel + air travel package).
  • The Price Guarantee is not available for bookings on websites where the car type, itinerary or similar booking details are unknown until after purchase. You must meet all requirements imposed on the lower price (if any), including, without limitation, residency, regional and age-related requirements.
  • Comparison Rates Must Be Available to the General Public Online. The Price Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on an English-language website.
  • For example, this price guarantee does not include rates offered on:
    • Corporate discounts or preferred exclusive rates
    • Rates provided by local operators who cannot guarantee the usage of a commercial vehicle
    • Group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting or convention prices
    • Prices obtained via auction, bidding or similar process
    • Prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public.
    • The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate, or from an e-mail that you received. In addition, the rate must be quoted, booked, and payable for in Indian rupees.
  • Verification of Claims. All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by Gozo Management . Gozo will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by Gozo personnel. Nor will Gozo verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.
  • For verification of stand-alone car rental and non-prepaid bookings, the customer service representative will instruct you to e-mail an electronic copy of your receipt to Gozo. Verified requests will receive a credit to the credit card used for the booking, within approximately 10-15 days of verification.
  • Limit: One (1) set of Rs.100 in Gozo coins per entire booking

    Three (3) sets of Rs. 100 in Gozo coins as the result of a Price Guarantee claim per customer per calendar month (regardless of the number of accounts used by the customer or the number of bookings made by the customer).

    Gozo coins are valid for 365 days as long as there is qualifying purchase or redemption activity through on your account. Gozo reserves the right to render any Gozo coins void that Gozo issues in excess of these limits, or issued in error, or where the customer is found to be ineligible to receive the Gozo coins or has been deemed by Gozo to be abusing the Gozo Price Guarantee program for personal or financial gains.

    Changes. Gozo reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your booking will determine your eligibility under the Price Guarantee.

    No change in the Price Guarantee program will affect any Gozo coins that have already been issued to you. The failure by Gozo to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
