Suresh is an excellent driver. He arrived early and gave very good service. Many thanks and also to your call centre for all the assistance. We used Gozo for all our India cabs and would do so again.

Entire experience depends on the driver and no second thoughts in saying Jaspal g is one of the best drivers I have had. Thank you Gozo for arranging Jaspal g for my trip!

ac was not at good but otherwise nice

Amazing on line service and on line support. Everything went extremely smoothly and to time. Brilliant prices.

Good driver and car. Was a pleasant journey from Haridwar to Delhi.

It was a nice experience but I didn't understand why the state tax of Rs.600 has been collected by the cab driver extra if all the payment was done online & toll charges has been paid by me. I don't have any receipt of the same. I had asked the driver for same but he said that it will reflect in the invoice. Do let me know if it was rightly collected? If not, what needs to be done here?

The driver should take a better way to reach the destination, it took me 6 hrs to reach home

It was a wonderful experience. We went to Agra and back on the same day with reasonable price. The van was clean and Driver Vinay Tayagi was very nice and polite. Good work Gozo cabs

I am extremely happy with Gozocabs customer service to very courteous and amiable Car owner "Roadies 7" and th heir very professional drivers Om Prakash and Rajesh. It was my first experience in India to rent a Car with driver for one week. I was bit nervous about it until I talked to Farouk owner of Innova and later his drivers made our journey very comfortable. Their family friendly and respectful behavior won my heart. I did treat them like family and they reciprocated. I am certainly looking forward to explore other parts of India using Gozocabs's service.
