Venkatesh was great. I did get a call from the company about extra miles and payment even though the miles were within the limit. I told the representative that we had not gone over the limit and the issue was resolved. I believe the representative never checked with the driver before asking for more money.

Overall experience with Gozo was nice, but cab was Honda Amaze, not Verna as mentioned in the emails and sms.

Journey was fine, although we arrived 90 minutes after the stated time. The car itself was ok if a little tired and tatty. The driver was pleasant, although he did not speak any English which made communication some what difficult.

It was a great experience. Though the driver did not come on the given pick up point due to some miscommunication, he did manage to reach there after having told him over the phone without creating any trouble.
