Testimonials

The service is good although som teething problems at time of payment. What I do not like is that "confirmation" (tentative or otherwise) is received and the wording is incorrect as it leads me and others to believe that we have booked and "tied in" when in reality no confirmation from my part was made.... Otherwise, the driver was great even though his car broke down but he was very professional and with the help of Gozocabs and the driver himself another car was sent out to pick me up I was also quoted one price for the journey online which I took a copy of and just as well because the invoice you sent me for the remainder of the payment was 500Rs more..... Please look into these errors in invoicing and also provide a download of pdf at the time a part payment is made to make it easier for clients to have some proof before you send details by email. thank you

It was a good experience

The driver was nearly perfect. I wish he could drive me whenever I book with Gozo. His taxi was very clean and newt. His attitude was absolutely correct. He was on time. But I did not get the text about the taxi from Gozo until the following day and had to call to see what taxi and driver I got.

It was nice to travel with n through Gozocabs. Everything was as expected. Like to travel again.

i allready informed you abt paying by paytm but still your driver was not having paytm.second what parking charges why it was not includeed before.driver behaviour was good

The Car which was provided was good and new and the driver Mahesh was a nice chap and never demanded any thing the only issue we faced was communication as we had to travel from TN to Karnataka he was not able to communicate rest the driver was very nice and helping nature also he had a very safe driving. i will always recomend this sevice of GoZo Cars to my friends and family who are traveling any were in inda over all we had very good and helpful driver

It was a wonderful ride. Thanks a lot. You need to work on the review page's layout. Kind of Confusing.

The driver assigned was professional and he know what he has to do. It was totally hassle free and we enjoyed his service.

while the ride was good I recall the customer executive had informed me that if I pay upfront and before a stipulated time, I would be entitled to a discount. however nothing like this happened. please look into and revert
