Also known as Rudabai stepwell, the Adalaj stepwell is an ancient water source for the residents of Adalaj village, a rural town close to Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad cities of Gujarat. It is believed to be constructed during the 1400s by the king of Vaghela dynasty.
