Due to the  outbreak of COVID-19, our country introduced measures to restrict movement as part of efforts to prevent community spread . We are subjected to making huge changes to our daily routines. Working from home is one of them. Also, managing the fear of contracting the virus and worrying about people close to us are challenging for all of us.
