How to spend two days in Mumbai

If you have two days to spend in Mumbai, we suggest visiting the following places-

Day 1– Siddhivinayak temple, Mahalaxmi temple, Haji Ali Dargah, Gateway of India, Nariman Point, Shopping at Colaba, and eating at Fort Area.

Shri Siddhivinayak temple

It is a temple devoted to Lord Ganesha. People have a strong faith that the deity fulfills the prayers of the devotees.

Spending the second day of your Mumbai visit

Sanjay Gandhi National Park

Sanjay Gandhi National Park is a protected area in the suburbs of Mumbai. The place offers rich flora and fauna. The Kanheri caves near it is also a popular site for visitors.

Elephanta Island and Elephanta Caves

Elephanta Island is one of the Islands in the Mumbai Harbour. The island is famous for the Elephanta caves. The Elephanta caves is a collection of cave temples, dedicated to Lord Shiva. There is a ferry ride from the Gateway of India to Elephanta Island. We suggest visiting the island first and then spending time at the Gateway of India because afternoon, the ferry ride stop due to tidal conditions.
