Other options for accommodation near Alsisar Mahal is Indra Vilas Palace, which is less than a kilometer from the festival venue. There are many other hotel-palaces in a radius of about 30-45 kilometers from Alsisar if you prefer a different place for your stay.
You can stay at a place of your choice, but since, Magnetic Fields Festival is a day and night program; plus, the venue is a bit far from the city center, it is better to stay within the festival premises.
