Gozo’s Special Cancellation Credit Policy in Light of Recent Events

Recent developments in the region and the Indo-Pak escalation have created uncertainty for many travelers across India and abroad. At Gozo, we have seen a significant number of cancellations from both domestic and international customers who have had to change their travel plans for safety and personal reasons.

We deeply empathize with the situation and understand that this disruption is beyond our customers’ control. However, as a company we place our Nation and its priorities first.

To support our travelers during this time, Gozo is announcing a special policy:

Any cancellation fees incurred for travel changes related to the current geopolitical climate will be credited back to customers’ Gozo accounts.
These credits will be redeemable towards any future Gozo travel completed on or before December 31, 2025.

Important Details:

  • This policy applies to cancellations made due to geopolitical concerns linked to the Indo-Pak escalation.
  • All such requests will be reviewed by our customer service team.
  • The decision to approve the credit rests with our team to ensure that the policy is not misused and applied fairly.
  • Approved cancellation fees will appear as account credits and can be applied towards to new bookings.
