We’re Hiring: Storyteller / Video Journalist to Showcase Gozo’s Impact

Are you a journalism student, video blogger, or freelance content creator with a passion for uncovering real stories and creating engaging video narratives?

Gozo, India’s trusted long-distance and airport transfer service, is seeking a creative and motivated video journalist to help us document and share the day-to-day of Gozo’s drivers, our gozens and the small differences our teams make through compelling video stories.

✅ Project Overview

We want to bring Gozo to life on screen. You’ll create documentary-style content such as:

• A Day in the Life of a Gozo Driver – Travel with our drivers, capture real conversations, their challenges, and how Gozo empowers them.
• Why Gozo is Different – Highlight how our concierge service, customer support, and tech-enabled experience set us apart from other transportation companies in India.
• Behind the Scenes at the Airport – Show how we take care of customers at the terminal, our concierge handoffs, real pickup operations, and interviews with both customers and staff.
• The lifecycle of a gozo reservation – What happens from the time you create a reservation until the time you alight your vehicle, end the trip, write a review and gozo pays the drivers for their services.

🎬 What You’ll Do

• Research and plan documentary-style short videos (3–5 minutes each)
• Travel to locations (airports, driver homes, city routes) and capture interviews, B-roll, and contextual content
• Write scripts, interview questions, and storyboards
• Film and direct live shoots (use your phone or camera)
• Edit footage into professional, engaging video content
• Work with and interview our team to integrate brand storytelling naturally

🛠️ You Should Have

• Strong storytelling and interviewing skills
• Hands-on experience with filming, sound, and video editing tools (DSLR, mobile rigs, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Ability to direct and shoot video with minimal supervision
• Comfort in interacting with people from different walks of life—drivers, staff, customers
• Fluency in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus)
• Journalism, mass communication, or media studies background preferred

📍 Location

• Preferably based in Bangalore, Delhi, or Mumbai
• Travel required for shoots (we will cover transportation costs)

💼 Type

• Freelancer / Consultant (with per-project or ongoing engagement)
• Or Internship – great for final-year journalism/media students
