Very good ...except even up to the last moment ...it felt like things were still NOT finalised.... but in the end the driver ...and our hotel explained what was required.

very good driver, on time service. condition of car was excellent. only issue was the payment time, the driver asked for more money for night stay. there was no driving involved in the night but additional charge was asked for overnight stay which was nowhere mentioned in the terms of gozo. could've resolved by calling CC but could not as we were already late for the flight. very good experience otherwise.

Had some mechanical issues with the car during the trip. Driver wasn't fully aware of transaction details and was asking for more money than was due from us. Otherwise, it was a nice trip.

Everything was very good leaving one point. There was change in driver and car in the last minute. However, there was no information received from GOzo. Traveling with an unknown driver is not a welcome situation. This new driver was very nice, polite but new to this route. Some time was wasted in searching for routes.

The driver was good. Intime. Car was good but couple of points for you. 1. Driver did not have an ID card to verify. 2. The mobile number provided belonged to someone else not the driver. He said it belongs to his brother. 3. We had one trip from Airport to Midnapur and next trip on the 2nd day at 12.01 pm from Midnapore to Kolkata. But the driver had information that He will take us on a round trip (Airport to Midnapore and back to Airport same night). After showing the booking confirmation page he agreed and stayed in some hotel to pick us up the next day. Otherwise we did not find any problem with regards to the trip. Regards Shatabdi
