while the ride was good I recall the customer executive had informed me that if I pay upfront and before a stipulated time, I would be entitled to a discount. however nothing like this happened. please look into and revert

Had some mechanical issues with the car during the trip. Driver wasn't fully aware of transaction details and was asking for more money than was due from us. Otherwise, it was a nice trip.
