I booked this cab for a friend. He said that the driver didn't seem like friendly. But when they transferred to another cab, the driver was kinder. All in all, their experience was good. They enjoyed their travel to Shimla. The people I talked to in the chat were all accommodating and kind as well. So I will definitely book a cab here when I need it again.

I usually travel long distance overnight. Last ride from Gurgaon to Chandigarh was really good and driver was alert all the time, unlike some earlier occassions where drivers would feel sleepy while driving.

1. Overall experience was very good. Driver was on time. 2. Behaviour of the driver was not that good though. He was sick so he did not let me switch on the A/C. 2. Music system was not there in the car. However, I was told that all the cars are equipped with music system.
