Firoj is a very polite, well mannered person with great knowledge of Jaipur. However, his constant use of phone while driving is a botheration and somewhat scary as at times he was taking his eyes away from the road to check his social media handles or try to call some friends or other colleagues for chitchat or business deals. He needs to understand that he is responsible for the life of people in his car and should act accordingly.

Fantastic trip I had. Initially I was feeling scared after seeing the horrible reviews on Facebook and gozo app. But there customer care team was helping me in gaining confidence in all the possible queries which I have asked them via mail ( at least half of dozen mails I had written)...specially Mr. Sandeep was taking all onus of those bombshell questions. In my opinion the bulk no of reviews which are written there, are misleading and mis guiding, I found there services the other way around...may be few people had witnessed those issues which they mentioned.. but i had the excellent experience, In fact I never realised that I am on cab service for 6 days trip. Driver Barakhram was gem of a person and his behaviour was very supportive and friendly...even his driving skills were also up to the mark. Only one thing which saddened me was initial 5% discounting of Rs 795/= which they refused in the name of " not making booking done in stipulated time after generation of ptice quotation
