Day-1: Pickup in Siliguri and transfer to Darjeeling. En route visit a few places. Day-2: Local sightseeing in Darjeeling. Day-3: Transfer to Gangtok. Darjeeling:

Darjeeling is a hill station in the Eastern State of West Bengal. Also called the queen of hill-stations, at an altitude of 2134 m. or 7000 ft, it is a famous hill resort offering a breath taking sight of the numerous peaks of the majestic Himalayas. The clouds seem to whisper to one another here and from horizon to horizon stretches the Kanchanjunga, covered with snow from the head to foot all round the year. The views of Kanchanjunga and Mount Everest are particularly inspiring and are alone a good reason to visit Darjeeling. 90 kms from Bagdogra, and a little over a 100 kms each from Gangtok and Kalimpong, Darjeeling is well connected to the other Eastern Hill-stations. The nearest airport is at Bagdogra, 90 km away from Darjeeling. Bagdogra is connected to Delhi, Mumbai, Guwahati and Kolkata by regular flights. Siliguri:

Jalpaiguri - this narrow stretch of land lying between the Sikkim - Darjeeling Himalayas and Gangetic West Bengal has more than often evoked a sense of both eerie and romanticism in many a heart since the early British Rule. Veined by mighty rivers like the Teesta,Torsa, Jaldhaka, Dyna, Neora, Sankosh etc. this piece of land has been aptly named as the land of 'Tea, Timber & Tourism'. A major stretch of area is bordered in the north by Bhutan and hence the name - DOOARS/DUARS which mean - Door of Bhutan. The name Jalpaiguri came from the word "jalpai" means "olive" which grew in the town and were seen even in 1900. The suffix "guri" means a place. The name as well be associated with Jalpesh, the presiding deity (Shiva) of the entire region. The district situated in the northern part of West Bengal has international borders with Bhutan and Bagladesh in the North and South respectively and borders with Assam and Darjeeling hills in the East, West and Northwest. Rarely one can find a place like Jalpaiguri that is so potentially rich in tourism. But a major part of it still remains to be exploited. Turbulent rivers battling out of the steep gorges, the vast stretches of forest cover, the undulating span of Tea Estates and the panoramic grandeur of the Himalayas are only a few jewels that made the British ground their roots deep into the heart of this land. Just drive around or take a hike, never will your eyes feel to rest. If a tourist is a nature lover or an admirer of Wild Life there cannot be a better place than this for him. Apart from these, there are very old temples like the Jalpeshwar and Jatileshwar. Persons seeking to smell history can take a look at the Prisoners call at the Buxa Fort area where fighters were imprisoned during the pre indepence era.

Gangtok:

Gangtok, the capital of the Eastern Indian State of Sikkim, with a backdrop of the Himalayas, offers breathtaking vistas, colourful lifestyles, Buddhist shrines, adventure, watersport, exquisite flora and fauna, including hundreds of varieties of butterflies. The list of attractions in Gangtok is endless. The small town itself is a beautiful place to move around. It houses sites like the most important stupa of Sikkim, the Do Drul Chorten, the solitary temple or the Enchey Monastery, the marvelous collection of orchids in the Orchid Sanctuary and the picturesque Tashi Ling that provides an astounding view of the Kanchenjunga range. The Namgyal Institute of Research and the Tsuk la Khang, a depository of a large collection of scriptures and the principal place of worship for the local Buddhists, are some of the other places that are worth visiting. The Rumtek Monastery, which is the largest monastery of its kind in Sikkim and the Phodong Monastery, one of the most beautiful monasteries in the region, are also well worth visiting.

Day 1: Siliguri To Darjeeling

Day 01: (Arrival and transfer to Darjeeling)-- Pickup in Siliguri at New Jalpaiguri railway station (NJP) OR, Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) OR, Bagdogra Airport (IXB) and transfer to Darjeeling. En route visit I-Love-Kurseong, Mayfair, Madhuban park, Hanuman temple. Drop at hotel in Darjeeling.

Day 2: Darjeeling To Darjeeling

Day 02: (Local sightseeing in Darjeeling)-- Visit Tiger Hill* (Provisional), Batasia Loop, Ghoom Monastery, Rangeet Valley Tea Garden, Tenzing Rock, Gombu rock, Darjeeling Ropeway, Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center, PN Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute.

Day 3: Darjeeling To Gangtok

Day-3: (Transfer to Gangtok. En route visit a few places in Lamahatta and nearby area)-- Pickup at hotel in Darjeeling and transfer to Gangtok. En route visit Tukdah, Peshok Tea Garden, Lamahatta, Tinchuley view point. Drop at hotel in Gangtok.

Day 4: Gangtok To Gangtok

Day 04: (Excursion to Tsomgo lake, Baba mandir, NathuLa)-- Pickup at hotel in Gangtok. Visit Tsomgo lake, Baba Harbhajan Singh temple and NathuLa pass-(Provisional).

Day 5: Gangtok To Gangtok

Day 05: (Local sightseeing in Gangtok)– Visit Flower Show, Honuman Tok, Ganesh Tok, Tashi View Point, Gonjang Monastery, Chorten Buddha stupa, Banjhankri waterfalls, Bakthang waterfalls, Handicraft Center (Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Govt. Holidays), Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Govt. Holidays), Gangtok Ropeway. Drop at hotel in Gangtok.

Day 6: Gangtok To Siliguri

Day 06: (Departure)-- Pickup at hotel in Gangtok. Enjoy River rafting on Teesta. Transfer to Siliguri and drop at New Jalpaiguri railway station (NJP) OR, Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) OR, Bagdogra Airport (IXB).

1. Guide and Entrance Fee at any sightseeing points are not included.
2. Other personal expenses incurred are to be borne by the guest/client.
3.  Any additional activities.
4. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the guest/client, which is directly payable on the spot) 
5. Parking Charges are to be paid separately on an actual basis.
6. Visiting places or sightseeing points that are not mentioned in the itinerary is not permitted unless made part of the itinerary plan ahead of the trip start. Additional charges may be applicable for adding/changing the sightseeing plans. 
7. Any Meals/services expenses.
8. Provisional sightseeing points (Not included):  Rock garden, Gangamaya park and Happy Valley tea estate.
9. Service to Tiger hill is provisional and subject to availability of token permit issued by Darjeeling Police department. Driver is required to be present at the permit office within 4 PM a day before Tiger Hill visit. So, please plan your tour accordingly.
10. Provisional sightseeing points (Not included):  Rock garden, Gangamaya park and Happy Valley tea estate.
11. ”Toy train joy ride” and “Ropeway ride” service is provided by Govt. and local authority only. Gozo cab's service is limited only in pickup and drop between hotel and those service points. Gozo does not hold any responsibility and shall not be held accountable in any matter whatsoever regarding Joy ride and Ropeway ride.
12. NathuLa pass is provisional and not included in the itinerary. NathuLa pass is subject to the availability of entry permit. In case of permit availability, guests will be required to pay extra charges for NathuLa pass directly to the driver. NathuLa pass is closed on Monday and Tuesday.
13. "Gangtok local sightseeing" is Gangtok local city tour only. It does not include Tsomgo lake, Baba mandir and NathuLa pass.

Notes and Disclaimers:

1) Customer who booked the trip and their own associates during the tour are referred to here as "Guest".
2) Price mentioned is inclusive of Driver allowance, State tax and Toll tax. Parking charges are extra.
3) Driver's night allowance applicable if the driver drives between 10:00 PM & 06:00 AM (Rs 250 for sedan & SUV and Rs 300 for tempo traveler)
4) Price has been calculated based on the said itinerary only. Prices in the North Eastern region are calculated at Point-To-Point basis and do not depend at all on Kilometer limit.
5) An additional charges of ₹150/- shall apply for a vehicle with roof-top luggage carrier.
6) It is required that the entire itinerary be documented in your reservation. Service will be provided as per the itinerary only. Anything which is not mentioned in the itinerary is excluded and will not be served. You should mention the hotel’s name while preparation of itinerary if you have a hotel pre-booked. This applies to all types of trips, i.e; One Way, Round trip, Multicity, Package trip etc.
7) Driver may not agree to any changes to route or itinerary. Any changes, additions of waypoints, pickup points, drop points, halts, destination cities or sightseeing spots are absolutely not authorized unless they are added to your itinerary and confirmed in writing through a booking confirmation email. Changes in itinerary may lead to price changes.
8) The quoted price will change based on multiple factors including but not limited to the itinerary, waypoints, driving terrain, local union fees, local restrictions and estimated distances to be driven.
9) Is there any change in your trip start address? -- First update your pickup address with Gozo. for safety and security reasons driver is unable to start the trip from a location other than the one provided in the booking.
10) Vehicle will not be at disposal. City to city transfer and sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary will be followed. Itinerary does not include services like pickup/drop near market places, market visit, shopping, dining, cinema, pub/bar, night club, casino etc.
11) If for any reason, the sightseeing places that are planned to be visited are either not open or busy or if the plan is constrained by time, the guest and driver need to adjust the itinerary to fit it into the available time. No refund shall be offered if the guest is unable to visit all the places mentioned in the itinerary due to unavailability of time or natural or unnatural circumstances affecting the trip.
12) Any extra cost arising due to reasons like landslides, snowfall, road blockage, political disturbances/strike etc. to be borne by the guest, which is directly payable on the spot.
13) Price/quotation depends on the service detail of an itinerary. A quoted rate may change if any alteration is made in the itinerary at any point of time during or before the beginning of the trip.
14) On a day of sightseeing cab will be with you from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM until sightseeing gets completed. Sightseeing hours (full day)-- From morning till 04:00 PM (max). Although, if sightseeing mentioned in itinerary of a particular day is not completed till 04:00 PM and continues even after the said time period, then the cab will be with you until sightseeing of that day is over. However, any service except cab service for the city to city transfer and sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary will not be provided.
15) After sightseeing is completed on each day, the cab will drop you at your hotel/drop location and will be garaged in a place of choice of the driver/vendor.
16) Vehicles in North Bengal and Sikkim are allowed to ply only in their own territory/service area based on the guidelines set by Govt. and local Transport Unions. Hence, your cab and driver during a package tour may change accordingly.
17) Pickup and drop service at a hotel with any of the following vehicle types except luxury cabs, will not be available in Gangtok since those vehicles do not possess permission of Gangtok Municipal Corporation for the same. ● TATA Sumo ● Mahindra Bolero ● Mahindra MAX ● Tempo traveler ● Or equivalent. Pick up and drop in such cases, will be provided at the nearest taxi stand. Pickup/drop charges from hotel to taxi stand and vice versa in such cases are not included in total booking amount.
18) Gozo cabs may offer one or multiple cabs with lower seating capacity in a scenario where booking of a cab with higher seating capacity is confirmed but such cab is not available due to high demand or any other reason.
19) Air Conditioning (AC) facility inside cab will be switched off in hilly areas to prevent engine overload.
20) In case of cab breakdown anywhere during the trip, Gozo cabs will try to provide an alternate cab as soon as possible. Such alternate cab may not match the category of the cab the booking was originally made for.
21) The specific type of cabs which are not available in particular places:-- ● COMPACT: North Sikkim and NathuLa pass. ● SEDAN: Not available for sightseeing in anywehere in Sikkim. ● TEMPO TRAVELLER: Not available in North Bengal and Sikkim.
22) If you intend to travel with a pet, you must inform us before you travel so that we may make an arrangement for a suitable vehicle and driver. pet charges/cleaning charges will apply. Also, you must take responsibility and pay repairing charges for any damage caused by the pet.
23) Payment Structure of guests in Round/package Trip:-- ● (STEP:1) Advance payment to Gozo to confirm your booking. (STEP:2) A minimum of 50% of “Remaining Amount” shall be paid to vendor/driver while boarding the cab on the first day of the trip. (STEP:3) Pay daily part payments of the remaining amount to driver in equal parts.
24) DOCUMENTS REQUIRED (of all the members in guest's team)– ● 4 copies of passport size photos of guests. ● Valid photo ID proof (Voter ID card/ Driving license/Passport). Both sides are required. ● Final vaccination certificate of COVID-19. ● Negative RT-PCR test report done at a recognised laboratory within 72 hours of arrival. Report must not be older than 72 hours. (OPTIONAL).
25) Aadhar cards are not accepted in Sikkim and & PAN cards are not accepted anywhere in North Eastern India.
26) If you are a foreign national, we will require information about your nationality. In some cases, certain rules apply to those who are not citizens of India. You are required to provide papers with proof of your nationality at the time of booking the package.
27) Kindly provide us required documents soon after booking confirmation so that we can apply for travel pass and permit on time.
28) IN CASE YOU ARE TRAVELLING TO MEGHALAYA-- Please complete a mandatory registration process required by Meghalaya Tourism Department of Meghalaya Govt. 30) Gozo Technologies Private Limited i.e; Gozo cabs OR, its operators and drivers neither claim nor undertake the responsibility of safe passage of guests/travellers through state borders and restricted areas without proper documents and shall not be held accountable if any legal action against guests is taken by Police or local Government authority due to failure of guests to produce their valid documents. Gozo Technologies Private Limited i.e; Gozo cabs OR, its operators, drivers shall not be held responsible for cancellation of booking in such a situation and no refund will be generated for the same.
31) Gozo cabs and its vendor/driver partners will not undertake any liability towards any damage or loss of life or any property of the customer due to an accident, theft, robbery or any penalty charged for illegal or immoral activities performed by client/guest against the civic rule.
