The car assigned did not turn up. The designated driver Mr. Paramjeet Singh did not know anything about the transaction. However I received a call from another number who informed me that some other vehicle with a different registration number and driver was assigned to pick me up. The driver was very nice, the innova car was old and a bit uncomfortable, the water was dripping from its air-conditioning vents. The ride quality was good.

The over all journey was good. A time saver and good deal at the last moment. Well we needed a cab from Chandigarh to Delhi.. It was a hard time finding a cab in the night.. Overall a good experience with GOZO...

the booking was done days in advance but on the last day the gozo office calls me up to tell me that the booking that i have made would cost me 1200Rs extra. I had to perforce change my booking. why was such a call made at the last moment. was it negotiation at the last moment to pull out some extra money or just to harass???? the cab, driver and the complete journey was awesome. keep that up. overall a good venture and effort. i would travel again by gozo but this time will have to make some backup
