The drivers to save money ; ur company ... make sure takes return trips immediately without any breaks.........Drivers out of need for money take back to back trips .... u out of want for money do that....... Driver taking us was damn tired and sleepy and was barely able to stay awake while driving.. we constantly kept talking to him whole night to keep him awake...... not his fault.... but gozo's.... Take sensible decisions otherwise gozo cabs will land in trouble

Dear Gozo Team, Thanks for asking feed back from your customers. My feedback as follows 1.Cab condition was really good and neat. 2. I have reached my place before time. 3. Cab driver was very kind. Below points are to be rectified 1. Driver and cab was totally different from the text confirmation. On your confirmation email for booking, you have given that you will take security seriously by sending confirmation text of change in the driver and the cab. But I didn't receive any. However, my cab driver was good but still from the next time I wish to travel only in the cab for which I have received the text confirmation. 2. First time booking offer of RS 200 was not intimated by GOZO to the cab owner or driver. I was waiting around 15 minutes to solve the issue. thanks Vijayanand

Good n clean car . Driver was also nice but music played by him in car should b regularised with modern higher standards. Nice communication on phone and quick response . Overall comfortable ride other than music

Rendered excellent service. The cab was on time and the driver Mr Sonu was good. The response of customer service is very good and prompt. The vehicle is in good condition. Mainly Gozocabs is changing one way charge for dropping. This is a very good facility they are rendering to the travellers. They are also very considerative. I wish them all success.
