Venkatesh was great. I did get a call from the company about extra miles and payment even though the miles were within the limit. I told the representative that we had not gone over the limit and the issue was resolved. I believe the representative never checked with the driver before asking for more money.

I used Gozo for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. Driver kiran was really nice and aquainted with the places which made a real difference to our itinerary planning. Suggestion - After the trip starts thete should be a follow up call from Gozo to check if everything is as expected. This will bring in comfort and confidence. Issue - pls check the call recording, i was told yhst the innova will be a post 2014 model however it was 2008 model with mtr reading of 3.5 lac. Thanks

While booking it was confirmed as card payment but the driver has come without cash as he didn't any information regarding the card payment. I happened to give him cash and paid for fuel in bunk through card. If I also didn't have cash the situation would have been very pathetic and we should have stranded on the road without cash for RTO and fuel. Poor coordination and this needs improvement to reduce inconvenience for the passenger

The price quoted to me was increased at the last moment from Rs.9222/- to Rs.9600/- contending that the toll taxes has been included . I am sorry to note that not even a single penny of toll had to be paid and I had been misled by your representative to justify increase in price by Rs.378.00 which is unethical .
