Quite good arrangement and service. However, addition of taxes and tolls with the booking would be more transparent for clients.

hi Team, we recently used the GoZo service. Driver was Mani (got changed last minute) but barring this hiccup entire trip was smooth. Mani was knowledge and careful driver, and was never into any rash driving. He was knowledge of the routes and various tourist places around and was helpful to us showing relevant Tourist spot. It was my first experience with GoZoCabs. Overall experience was good. Driver was punctual and he reported at place on time. But what I found is GoZoCabs charges more for per kilometer than the charges which local taxi driver is offering. So suggestion to team kindly re-shuffle your per kilometer rate card. For the time being I thought that why I booked GoZoCabs I could have taken local taxi for my trip. But after experience GoZo Cab's service my views changed. Keep up the good services.
