The nearest railway station in Rishikesh is the Haridwar railway station, which is about 25 kilometers far. From Haridwar station, you can <\/span>hire a private cab<\/span><\/a> or local taxi to reach Rishikesh.<\/span><\/p>\n

Haridwar railway station is well connected with the major Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow, and Varanasi and there are frequent trains as well.<\/span><\/p>\n

Reach Rishikesh via Road<\/span><\/h2>\n

Rishikesh is connected to major cities of India via National Highway 58 (NH 58). The road is in good condition, however, you may encounter rut in a short stretch enroute. <\/span><\/p>\n
