Thandai and Lassi, both are made from milk. In Varanasi, you can find them in every streets. The vendors serve thandai and lassi in earthen pots called <\/span>Kulhad<\/span><\/i> instead of glass or ceramic mugs. Because of the earthen pots, you can feel the natural chill in these drinks and a tinch of flavor of mud. In Varanasi, you can find different flavors of lassi and we recommend trying the Paan flavored lassi.<\/span><\/p>\n
