Reaching Vapi via Air

There is no direct airport in Vapi. You can either land at Surat or at Mumbai and grab a cab from the airport to Vapi. Surat airport is 82 kilometers away from Vapi and Mumbai airport is at a distance of 150 kilometers. For the international travelers, we suggest landing at Mumbai airport and then traveling to Vapi via road.

Reaching Vapi via Train

Vapi is connected with different cities in India by train. The city has its own railway station and you can find local transportation (cycle rickshaws and auto rickshaws) from the railway station to your destination.

Vapi is best accessible via road. NH 8 (National Highway 8) passes through Vapi, giving it connectivity with the major neighbouring cities like Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and the states like Maharashtra and Rajasthan. The road to Vapi is smooth and suitable for a long drive.

You can travel via state government buses, private tour buses, or via intercity cab to Vapi. However, traveling in a private cab is more comfortable. You can even book a taxi for your entire trip and visit the nearby places like Daman in your leisure time.
